(501(c)(3) status by Dutch IRS

29-12-2017

De Dutch Internal Revenue Service has decided on December 18, 2017 to recognize the foundation European Charity Fund as an Institution Aimed at the Common Good (501(c)(3) organisation). This is an important decision because it means not only that the foundation is considered socially important but also because from now on donations to the foundation are tax deductible for the donators.
